It is important to note that the actual photos are NOT stored within the TimePro database; only a link to the photo location is stored in the database. As a result of this the following applies:
- If TimePro is used on more than one PC, the photos should be in a shared folder available to the network and when selecting the photo, you should browse via the network\pcname\folder so that path will read in the format \\pcname\foldername\fred.jpg even if the photos are stored on the PC you are working from.
- If the photograph folder is moved, then all the paths for the photos will have to be reset
- If the folder storing the photos is not available, the photos will not be visible
- Zipping the database will not include the photos
- High resolution photos will work, but may appear grainy
